For delivery to the United States, First Class is $4.95 per order and International shipping is $9.95 per order. Your order will be processed and mailed within 2 business days.

For some products that do not have a shipping time frame (on the product page) they may come from our overseas partner in which case the delivery time for US customers will be 2 weeks. About 90% of our products are shipped from our Jenkintown, Pennsylvania location though.

For delivery to Canada, First Class is $9.95 per order.

First Class  3 business days   2 weeks   2-1/2 weeks

For all countries besides the US and Canada, we offer shipping for $9.95 per order. 

Note that depending on the country, International shipping can take a little longer time to arrive, averaging 2-1/2 - 4 weeks depending on the destination.

Also note that tracking numbers will normally work to most countries.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT or import tax charges.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES mailed within in transit for  from ordering to arrival

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address entered at checkout. If you don't see a tracking number email after three business days, check your SPAM folder and then email us at for assistance.

For international orders, note that tracking numbers will update slowly once the package has been shipped. Please email us at if you think your package has disappeared, and we will see what we can do. 


How Are Products Packaged?

For all orders your jewelry will come packaged in a yellow or white package with bubble wrap throughout the inside walls for protection while in transit. 


Haven't Received Your Order?

If your order comes back to us due to an incorrect address etc, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone (if provided). After several attempts, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase minus shipping. 

If you do respond in 30 days and provide us with your correct address, we will gladly send your order out again with no extra charge.

Please note that all shipping labels print automatically. The address will appear on the label exactly as the customer entered it at checkout. Please take the time to carefully look over your address to be sure it is correct and complete. If you have an apartment number, building number, lot number etc, it must be entered in order for your package to reach you.
