HOW DO I RETURN MY BELLA'S YARD JEWELRY?

*HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY begins on any purchases on or after November 12th, 2017.* A valid proof of purchase must be verified within 60 days of delivery and the items must be as new and in original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase must be verified within 30 days of delivery and the items must be as new and in original packaging. A refund will be provided for returns within 30 days of delivery and you will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. It may take up to 2 weeks to see it in your account depending upon your bank/credit card company. Your refund will be processed through the same method you used to pay originally. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Please print out a copy of the Return/Exchange Slip linked below, fill it out and include it with your return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Any orders returned after 30 days (60 days during *Holiday season*) 
will receive a Store Credit for the Purchase Price of their order, not including shipping. Store credit gift cards will be emailed to the customer upon receipt of their return. After 60 days, a restocking fee of $3.50 will be applied.

Bellasyard.com is happy to exchange items purchased from our website. A valid proof of purchase must be verified within 30 days of delivery and the items must be as new. When exchanging within 30 days, you must return your original item *with a tracking number* to:

Once you have the tracking number, please email or message us on Facebook with the number. After 24 hours and verification of the tracking number, we will process your exchange and get your new item sent out to you. If item is returned without an email or message, it will take up to 14 days to process the exchange.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE BELLASYARD.COM JEWELRY PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD? 

Bellasyard.com will return or exchange jewelry purchased using a gift card. A valid proof of purchase will be verified within 30 days (*60 days during the Holiday season) and the item must be as new.
