Products must be received within 180 days of purchase date. If it's broken please email or call us so we can assist you. You can return any unworn and undamaged jewelry. A refund will be provided for returns within 180 days of purchase; you will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. It may take up to 2 weeks to see it in your account depending upon your bank/credit card company. Your refund will be processed through the same method you used to pay originally. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. 

Custom orders are non returnable or exchangeable. Please print out a copy of the Return/Exchange Slip linked below, fill it out and include it with your return:


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Any orders returned after 180 days will receive a Store Credit for the Purchase Price of their order, not including shipping. Store credit gift cards will be emailed to the customer upon receipt of their return. After 180 days, a restocking fee of $3.50 will be applied. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY BELLA’S YARD JEWELRY? and is happy to exchange items purchased from our website. A return must be requested within 180 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Please print out our Return/Exchange Slip linked below, fill it out and include it with your exchange:


When exchanging within 180 days, you must return your original item *with a tracking number* to:

Once you have the tracking number, please email or message us on Facebook with the number. After 24 hours and verification of the tracking number, we will process your exchange and get your new item sent out to you. If item is returned without an email or message, it will take up to 14 days to process the exchange.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE BELLASYARD.COM JEWELRY PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD? and will return or exchange jewelry purchased using a gift card. Items must be returned within 180 days and the item must be as new.



If your order arrives with missing or defective parts, please take a photo immediately and contact our Customer Service Representatives via phone, email or Facebook Messenger, so we can resolve the issue for you promptly. 


Haven't Received Your Order?

If your order comes back to us due to an incorrect address etc, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone (if provided). After several attempts, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase minus shipping. 

If you do respond in 30 days and provide us with your correct address, we will gladly send your order out again with no extra charge.

Please note that all shipping labels print automatically. The address will appear on the label exactly as the customer entered it at checkout. Please take the time to carefully look over your address to be sure it is correct and complete. If you have an apartment number, building number, lot number etc, it must be entered in order for your package to reach you.
