Processing typically takes 24-48 hours. Shipping takes 3-8 business days for USPS Ground Advantage and 2-5 business days for Priority Shipping. Orders to Canada typically take 8 days. For all other international orders, shipping is usually 7 to 12 days, depending on location.

We accept returns for refunds within 180 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept unworn jewelry. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed, and depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 2 weeks to see it in your account. Custom orders are non-returnable or exchangeable.
