Loved the pendant BUT the chain is horrible, could not open catch to put it on, had 3 other people try to open it, so had to break chain and went out and bought another chain to use, you need to IMPROVE the chain with pendant , my husband recently died and wanted to wear pendant for my love and memories of him but the chain is HORRIBLE you just added lots more stress trying to put on the pendant to wear
